Dream Land

Vissarion—who says he is a reincarnation of Jesus—claims that the world is in a state of religious crisis and that the "end-times" are near.

Among other controversial statements, Vissarion indicated that something like the end of the world would occur in 2007 (see www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Ne_gmZHfJh0).

Vissarion’s denials and distortions of biblical Christianity are numerous. For example, he claims that Jesus Christ was not God; that Jesus’ primary mission was to prepare for Vissarion’s coming; that Jesus was not born in Bethlehem; that Jesus had 14 apostles; that Jesus rose from the grave on the fourth day; that Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus because of a girl named Iskandal’ whom he loved very much (but she loved Jesus instead); that Judas did not hang himself, but died from heavy drinking; that Jesus suffered on the cross for a day and a half; and that the Second Coming of Jesus already took place through Vissarion.
