It is a text of higher consciousness experience which explains how the human race is connected with a more advanced higher evolutionary structure of universal intelligence. The linkage is made through 64 areas of future science, the basis of an ongoing study that is part of an ongoing program of human development, covering a wide spectrum of independent scientific confirmations." Elsewhere the site claims that "The text explains how we can discover God’s Manifestation as it emanates Higher positive Thought-Forms and mathematical Rhythms of Light and Vibrations, and shows how all Higher Thought-Forms work with the vibrations of Light-waves in a harmonious coordination of collective —not independent —’pathways’ that bring us to a deeper connection with the Living God." UFOs and the "great white brotherhood" also come into play.


One site describes Hurtak as "a philosopher and futurist" and "an internationally known social scientist and spiritual teacher in both Judeo-Christian and Buddhist traditions and the author of several books on related topics."
